We have all heard that stress causes wrinkles, but how?
Well when you feel stressed your body produces a stress hormone called cortisal. Cortisal slows collagen production in your body, and collagen is needed to plump, repair, and keep wrinkles away!
What can we do?
Here are some good stress relieving, anti-aging tips!
1. Sleep!
No one looks younger when they are tired
2. Sex!
Love making increases your levels of prolactin and oxytocin (both tension reducing hormones). It also boosts your anti-aging beta-endorphins!
3. Exercise!
Regular exercise increases your beta-endorphins, and increases blood flow.
4. Breathe!
Take long, slow, deep breathes. Concentrate on your breathing, increasing your oxygen is good for your whole body by helping you relax!
