Sara is so kind, genuine, and excellent at her profession. It is very easy to schedule appointments and order products. This spa is always clean and tidy, while also being inviting, claming and relaxing.
Sara uses amazing all natural products that have dramatically changed my acne prone skin. I have gone to Sara and have been using her products for almost 2 years, I refuse to use anything else for my skin. She gives an initail skin assesment and continues to follow up with you at each visit on how your skin is doing.
Sara gets to know each client on a personal basis, which is comforting. I also enjoy her emails that are sent each season containing skin tips, tricks, and trade secrets to keep your skin looking and feeling it's best all year long

Wow! I saw Sara for the first time today and she was incredible!!! This was the very best facial I have ever had (and I have them fairly often) by FAR. The massage was a big bonus and wonderful. I have had facials at many VERY expensive spas in the area and my absolute BEST experience was as Luster Spa! Sara was great about listening to my needs and recommending a treatment for me on our first session. Then, I was blown away by the amazing, relaxing experience. During each step of my facial, I received a fabulous massage including legs, arms, shoulders, neck and scalp. I left feeling like I took 10 years off of my face and completely relaxed. What could be better than that, right? Well, I'll tell ya....the price! Her prices are so reasonable that she has secured me as a return customer every 8 weeks! I'd give Sara a 10, if I could. She does a fantastic job! Her hands are magic. Her European facial makes me feel wonderful and I'm always happy with the results. I have bought several gift certificates for family and friends so they can experience her great services too. Everyone has raved about her and now are ongoing customers as well. Sara has been doing my waxes and facials for a few years now. I keep going to her because she does the quickest waxes I have ever had, and packs more treatments into a facial than most. I always feel refreshed and beautiful when I leave her studio -- even without any makeup on! Sara is also very accommodating of any special situations. I went to her throughout my pregnancy and even after giving birth (baby in tow). She adjusted the positions I rested in and what treatments I needed to suit these changes in my life.

Sara is amazing!! She was the first person to wax my brows and give me a facial when I moved to Austin over two years ago ,and I've never gone anywhere else. She could easily charge twice as much for her superior services. The massage during the facials are like heaven, and I get a ton of compliments on my perfectly sculptued eyebrows! She also does a quick and nearly painless bikini wax.

Sara is top-notch! I've been to countless spas in the Austin area for facials and she is without question the BEST. My skin loves her! Not only does she have a charming personality, make my sensitive and acne prone skin radiant, use natural products and essential oils, she gives these amazing mini massages in between "courses" of treatment. Her service is first class and she does all this for a steal of a price. Thankfully, this means I can go and see her more often.
