2.  Vitamin C!
Oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit are a great source of the vitamin c your body needs to fight aging.
Oranges of course are the highest in vitamin c. But when you need some variety, try adding grapefruit to your salad, add sparkling water to your OJ, or squeeze limes on melon.
