Booking, Product Orders, and Cancellation Policies:

As a small local business, Luster Spa strives to give the best service at the best price.

So credit cards although convient will not be accpeted for payment, cash, paypal via email or checks please.

Products are ordered every 1st and 15th of the month. Products must be paid for previous to ordering either online via paypal or through Sara at the spa.

A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the appointments booked.

Exceptions will always be considered.

I understand that your time is valuable as is the spa's.
